AICEPA REFUND POLICY

AICEPA values your trust and strives for transparency in every interaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear given the nature of our digital services.

 

  1. Eligibility for Refund


A user may be eligible for a full refund only if:

 

  • They have registered and made payment for the assessment.
  • They have not yet started the assessment.
  • They submit a written refund request within 3 days of purchase.

 

  1. Request Process


To request a refund, please email us at info@aicepa.com with:

 

  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for requesting a refund

 

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Cases

 

Refunds will not be issued:

 

  • If the assessment has been started or completed (even partially).
  • For dissatisfaction with the assessment result.
  • For promotional or discounted assessments.
  • In cases of multiple registrations using different emails.
  • If the refund request is submitted after 3 days from the date of purchase.

 

  1. Platform Errors


If you experience a verifiable technical failure before starting the assessment, and you are unable to proceed, please contact us. We may offer a refund, retake, or credit after investigation.
